LIFE
Valter’s training is so different to anything I’ve done before! It starts by identifying our values, then setting long term goals and breaking those down into small daily goals. This is the first time I’ve done this exercise looking at my life as a whole instead of having two separate lives - business and personal. Everything we do in life has to be in balance or it just doesn’t work. Valter shares his life goals and totally respects that we are all unique with different life priorities which is really great. He also genuinely wants us to connect with our values and fulfil our life goals.
PROPERTY
I’ve done property strategy training for a number of years now. Previous courses have shown me ‘what’ to do. What is different about this training is Valter shares the ‘how’ in the smallest detail. One step on another training course is broken down into ten steps by Valter. He makes no assumptions that you know how to do anything. He shares his ‘how’ including letters, systems, sharing his screen to show you how to do things / where to find things. No steps are left out. This is a refreshing change and so important in order to succeed.

The weekly calls are great. It’s an opportunity to ask all the questions that may come out of the training. Maria looks at deals on our behalf and gives feedback. This training is the complete package. Valter is working really hard to succeed on his life and property journey and it feels like we are following closely behind. The course so far has been amazing! Valter has taken us back to basics with our goals, daily schedules and planning. Unlike other courses, and mentors, Valter uses a step by step process to ensure that our goals are truly aligned with our values, strengths and individual characteristics. During the 1-2-1 follow up calls Valter has taken the time to question and investigate our goals and schedules and suggested adjustments to make sure we are being realistic. Again this is something that I have never found elsewhere.
The next stage of setting up our businesses has also been carefully constructed to take a complete novice through the technicalities and legalities of setting up your first business, along with all of the necessary resources to make the process fail proof.
